What we collect, and why
Order data — name, delivery and billing address, email, phone, order contents, delivery details. We need it to perform the contract and to meet our accounting and consumer-law obligations.
Payment data — handled by our payment providers. We receive confirmation of payment and the last digits of the card, never the full number.
Messages — what you write to us and what we reply, so we can answer you and keep a record of the exchange.
Newsletter — your email address, on the basis of your consent, until you unsubscribe.
Site usage — the technical logs needed to run and secure the site and, only if you consent to them, measurement and advertising cookies. See the Cookies page.
Who receives it
Shopify, which hosts and runs the store; our payment providers; the carriers who deliver your order; the email service we use to reply to you. They act on our instructions and for these purposes only. Some of them process data outside the European Union, under the safeguards provided for by the GDPR.
How long we keep it
Order and invoicing data for as long as the law requires accounting records to be kept. Messages for the time needed to handle the request and any follow-up. Newsletter data until you unsubscribe. Records of consent for the period set by the applicable rules.
Your rights
You may ask for access to your data, for it to be corrected or erased, for the processing to be restricted, object to it, and receive your data in a portable format. Where processing rests on your consent, you may withdraw it at any time, without affecting what was done before. Write to contact@axiomdigital.digital. You may also lodge a complaint with the data protection authority of the country where you live.
Automated decisions
We take no decision about you based solely on automated processing that produces legal effects or similarly significantly affects you.
