Preparing your setup
Plan the route to the location, suitable support and how the delivery will be received. The cabin and its heater must be installed according to their applicable instructions, including ventilation and safety clearances.
Using your equipment
Read the instructions for the cabin and its heater before use. Settings, accessories and operating conditions depend on the equipment; a manual for a similar sauna is not a substitute.
Care and storage
Follow the instructions for the cabin, roof and heater. Use only the specified cleaning methods; do not transfer a wood treatment or heating procedure from another sauna.

What should I prepare before the sauna is delivered?
Plan access to the final location and how you will receive the delivery. Support and installation must meet the applicable instructions; check the Delivery page before ordering.
Can I follow another sauna's manual?
No. The cabin, heater and accessories may require different instructions even when two saunas look alike. Use the documentation applicable to your equipment.
How should I organise maintenance?
Treat the cabin, roof and heater separately, following their instructions. This page does not replace the applicable maintenance schedule or methods.
How does it differ from the sauna blanket?
The sauna is a cabin for an outdoor space; the blanket is a separate, wraparound piece of equipment. Each product has its own installation and use instructions.

Delivery, returns & warranty
How will my order arrive?
Pallet delivery by heavy goods vehicle, at the kerb or property line. Plan truck access, suitable unloading equipment and at least two people to receive it. We arrange the appointment with you.
After payment confirmation: 2–5 business days to prepare, a further 2–3 to hand over to the carrier, then up to 5 for transport. Up to 13 business days in total, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Delivery & destinations ↗Which costs should I plan for?
Delivery of this product is included to Germany and the United Kingdom.
We deliver to Germany and the United Kingdom. Other destinations are not currently open for orders.
For EU destinations served, SOVRA covers applicable customs duties, import VAT and clearance fees. There are no additional import charges to pay the carrier on delivery.

For purchases covered by the right of withdrawal, tell us your decision within 14 days of receipt. Our returns policy explains the full conditions and how to send goods back.
If you withdraw, the sauna’s pallet return costs are yours: estimated at €200–€400. We arrange collection with you.
