A slip-resistant mat does not prevent every fall. Water, dirt and an unsuitable surface can reduce grip.

Prepare a clean, stable, suitable surface and lay the mat flat. Do not use it to correct a slope or to determine the load-bearing capacity beneath a filled tub.

Where should I place the mat?
Lay it flat in the bathing area on a clean, stable, suitable surface. It is not intended to correct a slope.
Does the mat eliminate the risk of slipping?
No. Wet floors still require care. Keep the mat properly positioned and clean; the absence of risk is not promised.
Can it act as a foundation beneath the tub?
No. The mat does not replace a load-bearing base or establish the floor's capacity beneath a filled tub.
How should I care for and store it?
Follow the applicable instructions, remove dirt and allow it to dry. Store without sharp folds and do not use unspecified aggressive methods.

How will my order arrive?
This product ships as a parcel, handed to you or placed in your letterbox depending on its size.
After payment confirmation: 2–5 business days to prepare, a further 2–3 to hand over to the carrier, then up to 5 for transport. Up to 13 business days in total, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Standard parcels: €6.90 to Germany. The same base rate applies to the United Kingdom, converted to GBP before payment.
Parcel shipping is free for orders of €150 or more. Below that, charges from different shipping profiles can combine in a mixed basket. The total is shown before payment.
We deliver to Germany and the United Kingdom. Other destinations are not currently open for orders.
For EU destinations served, SOVRA covers applicable customs duties, import VAT and clearance fees. There are no additional import charges to pay the carrier on delivery.

For purchases covered by the right of withdrawal, tell us your decision within 14 days of receipt. Our returns policy explains the full conditions and how to send goods back.
If you change your mind, you pay the direct cost of returning this parcel. This is separate from a defect claim under the legal guarantee.
