Preparing your setup
Follow your appliance instructions for power, pairing and placement. Keep the separate receiver dry; do not confuse it with the floating unit.
Using your equipment
Read the displayed temperature without treating it as a recommended bathing temperature. A sensor reading is neither a bathing protocol nor a protective device.
Care and storage
Follow the cleaning and storage instructions applicable to the float and receiver. Protect their closures and do not transfer one component's water-use conditions to the other.

What is the separate receiver for?
It lets you view the reading transmitted by the floating unit. Keep the receiver dry and follow the set's installation instructions.
Is a mobile app advertised?
The reading is presented on the floating unit and dedicated receiver. This offer does not advertise a direct connection to a mobile app.
Is the displayed temperature a bathing recommendation?
No. The display shows a water measurement, not a temperature recommended for a person or a duration of use.
Does the thermometer control the bath?
No bath-control or synchronisation function is advertised. The thermometer provides a temperature reading; each device keeps its own instructions.

How will my order arrive?
This product ships as a parcel, handed to you or placed in your letterbox depending on its size.
After payment confirmation: 2–5 business days to prepare, a further 2–3 to hand over to the carrier, then up to 5 for transport. Up to 13 business days in total, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Delivery & destinations ↗Which costs should I plan for?
Standard parcels: €6.90 to Germany. The same base rate applies to the United Kingdom, converted to GBP before payment.
Parcel shipping is free for orders of €150 or more. Below that, charges from different shipping profiles can combine in a mixed basket. The total is shown before payment.
We deliver to Germany and the United Kingdom. Other destinations are not currently open for orders.
For EU destinations served, SOVRA covers applicable customs duties, import VAT and clearance fees. There are no additional import charges to pay the carrier on delivery.

For purchases covered by the right of withdrawal, tell us your decision within 14 days of receipt. Our returns policy explains the full conditions and how to send goods back.
If you change your mind, you pay the direct cost of returning this parcel. This is separate from a defect claim under the legal guarantee.
