For elongated areas
I like using this attachment on my calves and shoulders. The contact along the muscles suits me well and reminds me of certain massage sensations I enjoy.

Gute Massage, schwer abzunehmen

More practical for me than a roller
I like using it on the side of my thigh. The sensation reminds me of a foam roller, but I find the movement simpler and quicker in my routine.
