Check that the shape and fastening fit your tub. Position the cover according to the applicable instructions, without excessive tension; do not force an unsuitable fit.
Using your equipment
Remove the cover to access the tub. Do not stand on it: it is neither a load-bearing component nor a barrier against unauthorised access.
Care and storage
Remove debris and follow the applicable cleaning instructions. Allow it to dry before storage; this overview does not promise machine-washability or resistance to aggressive products.

Is the cover universal?
No. The offer does not guarantee a fit with every tub. The opening shape and fastening must suit your equipment.
Should I remove it before entering the bath?
Yes. The cover is used over the opening between sessions; remove it to access the tub.
Can I stand or lean on it?
No. The cover is not a load-bearing component and does not replace a safety device.
Does the cover protect the bath from freezing?
No frost-protection performance or insulation value is advertised. Follow the tub's own instructions for outdoor conditions and prolonged periods without use.

How will my order arrive?
This product is handed over in person, against signature. Arrange for someone to receive it.
After payment confirmation: 2–5 business days to prepare, a further 2–3 to hand over to the carrier, then up to 5 for transport. Up to 13 business days in total, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Delivery & destinations ↗Which costs should I plan for?
Heavy parcels: €11.90 to Germany. The same base rate applies to the United Kingdom, converted to GBP before payment.
Parcel shipping is free for orders of €150 or more. Below that, charges from different shipping profiles can combine in a mixed basket. The total is shown before payment.
We deliver to Germany and the United Kingdom. Other destinations are not currently open for orders.
For EU destinations served, SOVRA covers applicable customs duties, import VAT and clearance fees. There are no additional import charges to pay the carrier on delivery.

For purchases covered by the right of withdrawal, tell us your decision within 14 days of receipt. Our returns policy explains the full conditions and how to send goods back.
If you change your mind, you pay the direct cost of returning this parcel. This is separate from a defect claim under the legal guarantee.
