Preparing your setup
Prepare separate locations for the bath and blanket. Follow each item's manual; the blanket and thermometer receiver must not be treated like equipment placed in water.
Using your equipment
Each item keeps its own controls and instructions. The bundle does not add shared controls, automatic synchronisation or a medical routine.
Care and storage
Maintain the bath, filtration, blanket and thermometer according to their respective instructions. No universal cleaning product or maintenance schedule is specified for the whole bundle.

Which products are included in The Complete Ritual?
The Warm & cold Plunge Kit, the Infrared Sauna Blanket, a Filter Set and the Floating Thermometer. The Outdoor Sauna and Compression Boots are not part of this bundle.
Which version of the bath is included?
The Warm & cold version, reference CF-KIT-PRM. The bundle does not use the Cold version CF-KIT-STD.
Are the products controlled together?
No shared control or automatic synchronisation is advertised. Each item keeps its own controls and instructions.
Is there an additional warranty for the bundle?
The bundle does not add an extra commercial warranty. SOVRA's conditions and applicable statutory rights concern the goods sold; see the Warranty page.

Delivery, returns & warranty
How will my order arrive?
By appointment, with a tail lift and against signature, at the kerb or property line. Plan truck access and the route to the final position. The driver does not enter your home or use stairs.
After payment confirmation: 2–5 business days to prepare, a further 2–3 to hand over to the carrier, then up to 5 for transport. Up to 13 business days in total, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Delivery of this product is included to Germany and the United Kingdom.
We deliver to Germany and the United Kingdom. Other destinations are not currently open for orders.
For EU destinations served, SOVRA covers applicable customs duties, import VAT and clearance fees. There are no additional import charges to pay the carrier on delivery.

For purchases covered by the right of withdrawal, tell us your decision within 14 days of receipt. Our returns policy explains the full conditions and how to send goods back.
Pallet return is free for this kit or bundle. We arrange collection with you; no return transport cost is deducted from your refund.
