No. S/M and L/XL are compression-equipment sizes, not shoe sizes. Choose according to the fit guidance applicable to the product.
Can I walk during use?
No. Plan a moment of rest and follow the appliance instructions. Stop if you feel discomfort.
Which compression setting should I choose?
Follow the appliance manual. This page does not prescribe a universal pressure level or programme; do not borrow settings from another device.
How do these differ from the knee massager?
The boots are compression equipment, while the massager is intended for the knee. They are separate products with their own settings and instructions; no therapeutic outcome is promised.

How will my order arrive?
This product is handed over in person, against signature. Arrange for someone to receive it.
After payment confirmation: 2–5 business days to prepare, a further 2–3 to hand over to the carrier, then up to 5 for transport. Up to 13 business days in total, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Delivery & destinations ↗Which costs should I plan for?
Heavy parcels: €11.90 to Germany. The same base rate applies to the United Kingdom, converted to GBP before payment.
Parcel shipping is free for orders of €150 or more. Below that, charges from different shipping profiles can combine in a mixed basket. The total is shown before payment.
We deliver to Germany and the United Kingdom. Other destinations are not currently open for orders.
For EU destinations served, SOVRA covers applicable customs duties, import VAT and clearance fees. There are no additional import charges to pay the carrier on delivery.

For purchases covered by the right of withdrawal, tell us your decision within 14 days of receipt. Our returns policy explains the full conditions and how to send goods back.
If you change your mind, you pay the direct cost of returning this parcel. This is separate from a defect claim under the legal guarantee.
