Check the existing filter fitting and cartridge identification. Only use a cartridge that fits your system and follow its replacement instructions.
Universal compatibility with other tubs or chillers and a fixed service life per filter are not guaranteed.

Are these filters universal?
No. The filter reference must match the holder and your equipment's requirements. Visual similarity is not sufficient.
Are dimensions enough to choose a filter?
No. The connection, seal and system requirements also matter. Use the reference specified for your equipment.
How long does a cartridge last?
It depends on use and water condition. Follow your system's checking and replacement instructions; a number of cartridges does not guarantee a number of months.
Does the filter disinfect the water?
Mechanical filtration is not a promise of disinfection or drinking-water purification. Water care and cleaning remain separate tasks.

How will my order arrive?
This product ships as a parcel, handed to you or placed in your letterbox depending on its size.
After payment confirmation: 2–5 business days to prepare, a further 2–3 to hand over to the carrier, then up to 5 for transport. Up to 13 business days in total, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Delivery & destinations ↗Which costs should I plan for?
Standard parcels: €6.90 to Germany. The same base rate applies to the United Kingdom, converted to GBP before payment.
Parcel shipping is free for orders of €150 or more. Below that, charges from different shipping profiles can combine in a mixed basket. The total is shown before payment.
We deliver to Germany and the United Kingdom. Other destinations are not currently open for orders.
For EU destinations served, SOVRA covers applicable customs duties, import VAT and clearance fees. There are no additional import charges to pay the carrier on delivery.

For purchases covered by the right of withdrawal, tell us your decision within 14 days of receipt. Our returns policy explains the full conditions and how to send goods back.
If you change your mind, you pay the direct cost of returning this parcel. This is separate from a defect claim under the legal guarantee.
