Prepare the space, surface and clothing according to the appliance manual. Check its electrical instructions before connecting it; do not assume that controllers, cables or adapters are universal.
Using your equipment
Follow the appliance instructions. Do not use it while sleeping and stop if you feel discomfort. A maximum setting or timer is not a recommended session duration.
Care and storage
Follow the cleaning and storage method in the applicable manual. Allow the appliance to cool before care; a wipeable surface does not establish that it can be machine-washed or immersed.

How does it differ from a sauna cabin?
The blanket wraps around the body, while a cabin is a space you enter. Each has its own installation, clothing and use requirements.
Can I sleep in the blanket?
No. Do not use it while sleeping and stop if you feel discomfort. Follow the appliance instructions throughout use.
Can I use a different controller or adapter?
Controllers and power supplies should not be treated as interchangeable. Use only the components specified in your appliance instructions.
Is the blanket part of The Complete Ritual?
Yes. The Complete Ritual brings this blanket together with the Warm & cold Plunge Kit, a Filter Set and the Floating Thermometer. Each item follows its own instructions.

How will my order arrive?
This product is handed over in person, against signature. Arrange for someone to receive it.
After payment confirmation: 2–5 business days to prepare, a further 2–3 to hand over to the carrier, then up to 5 for transport. Up to 13 business days in total, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Delivery & destinations ↗Which costs should I plan for?
Heavy parcels: €11.90 to Germany. The same base rate applies to the United Kingdom, converted to GBP before payment.
Parcel shipping is free for orders of €150 or more. Below that, charges from different shipping profiles can combine in a mixed basket. The total is shown before payment.
We deliver to Germany and the United Kingdom. Other destinations are not currently open for orders.
For EU destinations served, SOVRA covers applicable customs duties, import VAT and clearance fees. There are no additional import charges to pay the carrier on delivery.

For purchases covered by the right of withdrawal, tell us your decision within 14 days of receipt. Our returns policy explains the full conditions and how to send goods back.
If you change your mind, you pay the direct cost of returning this parcel. This is separate from a defect claim under the legal guarantee.
