Plan the route to the installation area, space for both units and a suitable power supply. Follow the equipment label and instruction manual before connecting or operating the system. Do not move the tub when filled.

What is the difference between Cold and Warm & cold?
Cold is the cold-plunge offer; Warm & cold adds the heating function described by that version. Select your version before adding it to your cart: its price is displayed on this page.
What should I prepare before delivery?
Plan access to the location and the installation requirements. Support, power, ventilation and drainage must suit the equipment; also check the delivery information.
Does water treatment replace filters?
No. Water treatment, filtration and cleaning serve different purposes. Use only the parts and methods intended for your equipment.
Is this tub included in The Complete Ritual?
Yes, in its Warm & cold version. The Ritual also includes the Infrared Sauna Blanket, a Filter Set and the Floating Thermometer.

Delivery, returns & warranty
How will my order arrive?
By appointment, with a tail lift and against signature, at the kerb or property line. Plan truck access and the route to the final position. The driver does not enter your home or use stairs.
After payment confirmation: 2–5 business days to prepare, a further 2–3 to hand over to the carrier, then up to 5 for transport. Up to 13 business days in total, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Delivery of this product is included to Germany and the United Kingdom.
We deliver to Germany and the United Kingdom. Other destinations are not currently open for orders.
For EU destinations served, SOVRA covers applicable customs duties, import VAT and clearance fees. There are no additional import charges to pay the carrier on delivery.

For purchases covered by the right of withdrawal, tell us your decision within 14 days of receipt. Our returns policy explains the full conditions and how to send goods back.
Pallet return is free for this kit or bundle. We arrange collection with you; no return transport cost is deducted from your refund.
