Terms and conditions
These terms govern sales made on axiomdigital.digital by AXIOM DGTL LTD to consumers. They apply to the order as confirmed at checkout, and they take nothing away from your statutory rights.

Products and prices
Each product is described on its own page. Prices are shown in euros, per item. Any applicable VAT and the delivery charge are calculated and displayed at checkout, before you confirm.
Photographs and illustrations are indicative. Where a technical figure has not yet been confirmed by the manufacturer, we say so on the product page rather than publishing an estimate.
Placing an order
The contract is formed when we send you the order confirmation by email. Before that point we may decline an order — for instance if a product is out of stock, if the delivery address falls outside the areas we serve, or if the price shown was obviously wrong.
Payment
Payment is taken at the time of the order, through the means offered at checkout. Transactions are handled by our payment providers; we do not store your card details.
Delivery
We ship from Belgium. Delivery methods, the areas served and what to prepare for a pallet delivery are set out on the Delivery page. The exact lead time is shown at checkout once the address is known. Risk passes to you when the goods are handed over.
Right of withdrawal
On a distance sale covered by the right of withdrawal you have fourteen days from receipt to withdraw without giving a reason. The procedure, who bears the return costs and how the refund works are set out on the Returns and withdrawal page.

Goods are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity, at no cost to you. See the Warranty & support page.
Using the equipment
Follow the manual supplied with the product, in particular the instructions on installation, electrical supply, water care and the limits of use. These products are not medical devices and we make no medical claim for them. If you are unsure whether a use suits your situation, ask a health professional.
Liability
We are liable for a failure to perform this contract under the conditions set by law. Nothing here limits our liability where the law does not allow it, in particular for personal injury.
Applicable law and disputes
Consumers keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where they live and may bring proceedings there. Send any complaint first to contact@axiomdigital.digital.
Consumer mediation — If a complaint remains unresolved after you have written to us, you may refer it free of charge to the Consumer Mediation Service (Service de Médiation pour le Consommateur / Consumentenombudsdienst), the Belgian public body for the out-of-court settlement of consumer disputes: North Gate II, Boulevard du Roi Albert II 8, box 1, 1000 Brussels — contact@mediationconsommateur.be — www.mediationconsommateur.be. For a cross-border dispute, the European Consumer Centre in your country of residence can also assist you free of charge. The European online dispute resolution platform stopped operating in July 2025.
