Fourteen days to change your mind

On a distance sale covered by the right of withdrawal, you have fourteen days from receipt to tell us your decision, without giving a reason. A clear message to contact@axiomdigital.digital is enough; state your order and the product concerned.

You then have fourteen days to send the goods back, unless we offer to collect them ourselves.

Preparing the product

Return the product with its accessories and its manual. You may examine it as you would in a shop. Only a loss of value caused by handling beyond what is needed to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods may be charged to you, under the conditions set by law.

For the cold plunge, drain and dry the tub before transport. Keep the original packaging and pallet if you can. Failing that, suitable protective packaging is needed: the absence of the original packaging alone does not cancel your right of withdrawal.

Who pays for the return?

For products shipped as parcels, the direct cost of returning them is yours, provided you were informed of this before ordering.

The pallet return of the cold plunge kit and of the bundle is free and entirely at our expense. We arrange the collection with you. No return transport cost is deducted from your refund for those two products.

For the outdoor sauna the return is also a pallet transport. The direct cost of that return, estimated at €200 to €400, is yours if you withdraw; we arrange the collection with you.

The refund

We refund without undue delay and no later than fourteen days after your notice of withdrawal. Unless we offer to collect the goods, the refund may be withheld until we receive them or until you supply proof that they have been sent back, whichever comes first.

We use the same means of payment, unless you expressly agree to another means at no cost to you. The standard delivery charge paid on the way out is refunded, but not the supplement you chose for a more expensive delivery.

Faulty or non-conforming goods

A claim under the legal guarantee of conformity is handled at no cost to you. It is not the same thing as changing your mind and it does not deprive you of a right of withdrawal that still applies. See the Warranty & support page.
