For deliveries inside the European Union, no customs duty and no import charge is asked of you on arrival.

A delivery method matched to each product

Standard parcels

The knee massager, the thermometer, the mat, the filters and the water care kit ship as parcels. Depending on the size, they arrive in your letterbox or are handed to you.

Heavy parcels

The sauna blanket, the compression boots and the outdoor cover are handed over in person, against signature.

Cold plunge and full ritual: pallet delivery

The cold plunge kit and the ritual bundle are delivered on a pallet with a tail lift, by appointment and against signature. The pallet is set down at the kerb or at the property line. The driver does not use stairs or lifts and does not enter the home.

Plan for truck access and an unloading spot, then for moving the unit to its final place. Delivery of these two products is included in Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Germany and France, excluded territories aside.

Outdoor sauna: XXL pallet delivery

The sauna is delivered on a pallet by heavy goods vehicle. Plan for truck access, suitable unloading equipment and at least two people to take receipt. It is set down at the kerb or at the property line, with no installation inside the home. We contact you after the order to agree the appointment and check the access.

Where we deliver

Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Germany and France. For parcels, the other planned destinations are Austria, Denmark, Ireland, Italy, Poland, Czechia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Hungary, Sweden and Finland. A pallet delivery to those countries has to be reviewed and confirmed before any order.

Not served for now: Spain, Portugal, Corsica, the Balearic Islands, the Canary Islands, the Azores, Madeira, the Greek islands, the French overseas territories, Norway, Switzerland and the United Kingdom.

Lead time and preparing for the delivery

The exact lead time is shown at checkout, once the delivery address is known.

Check the condition of the packaging before signing and write any reservation on the delivery note. Keep the delivery paperwork and contact us if anything is wrong. These checks do not limit your statutory rights.
