Warranty & support
The legal guarantee
Your statutory rights apply independently of any commercial warranty and without prior registration. For new goods sold to consumers in the European Union, protection runs for at least two years from delivery; more favourable national rules may apply.
How long a defect is presumed to have existed at delivery depends on the applicable law. It is two years for new goods in France and in Belgium, for instance. The seller may rebut that presumption with evidence.
What it covers
Goods that do not match their description or that show a defect falling under the legal guarantee. Repair or replacement is carried out free of charge; a price reduction or the ending of the contract may be due under the conditions set by law.
Wear and damage in use
Normal wear, or damage caused after delivery by an accident or by unsuitable use, is not automatically a lack of conformity. Consumables are not excluded as a matter of principle: a defect affecting them can be covered. A refusal has to be justified under the applicable law, not by a blanket exclusion.
How to reach us
Write to contact@axiomdigital.digital with your order number, the reference and a description of the defect. Photos or a video can make the assessment easier, but your rights do not depend on them. We reply in writing with the steps to follow.
For pallet equipment, contact us so we can arrange suitable handling before you prepare any transport. Whether a remote fix or a spare part is appropriate can only be confirmed once the problem has been examined.
Commercial warranty
SOVRA currently adds no commercial warranty on top of your statutory rights. A possible manufacturer warranty is still to be confirmed and never reduces your rights against the seller.
